Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid NebulaCV plans, including subscriptions processed through our payment partners.

1. Free tier

NebulaCV offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required for the free tier, and this policy does not apply to free usage.

2. Paid subscriptions (Pro)

Billing. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (e.g., monthly) through our payment processor (such as Paddle). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal (linked from your purchase confirmation or account, depending on the processor) or by contacting support@nebulacv.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you typically retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refunds

General. Because the Service delivers immediate digital access to software and AI features, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after you have used Pro features during that period, except as required by law or as stated below.

14-day cooling-off (where applicable). If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within a cooling-off period (for example, 14 days in the EU/UK for certain digital services), you may be entitled to a refund if you have not waived that right and have not consented to immediate performance in a way that ends the withdrawal right, as required by local law. If you believe this applies, contact us within the applicable period at support@nebulacv.com with your account email and transaction details.

Billing errors and duplicate charges. If you were charged twice for the same period, charged the wrong amount due to our error, or did not receive Pro access after a successful payment, contact us within 30 days at support@nebulacv.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, refund or credit the erroneous charge.

Processor-led refunds. Where payments are handled by Paddle or another provider, refunds may be processed through that provider's systems and timelines. We will cooperate with valid refund requests that align with this policy and applicable law.

4. Regional payments (e.g., local card providers)

If you pay through a regional partner (for example, a local hosted checkout), refund eligibility and timing may follow that partner's rules in addition to this policy. Contact us with your order reference and we will help coordinate where possible.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend or close your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve billing issues without a chargeback.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy for new purchases; existing subscriptions may be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase where required by law.
